dwelling lab is an architecture & development company, founded by Neil Ginty in Northern California, with a mission to make design available and beneficial to more people, and to create better homes for communities that need them.

We focus on the spaces in-between the landmarks, on the homes and workplaces which form communities. It's about more than design; it's about building a stronger future, together, by helping people thrive in the spaces they call home.

Neil Ginty
Neil found his passion for the architecture of the in-between working in residential property development in London. There, he saw how small interventions to a home could elevate a person's living experience. He specializes in finding space where others cannot see it and translating that into valuable real estate.
Neil has practiced in Northern California, Chicago, London, and Dublin. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the Dublin School of Architecture in Ireland.
